Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Responsibilitis
Conduct daily care and maintenance of plants throughout the cannabis cultivation process, including, cloning, transplanting, defoliation, pruning, pest management, destruction, nutrient mixing, irrigation, plant inventory management, harvesting, trimming, drying and packaging.
Follow all SOPs related to daily work activities to maintain compliance with stringent regulations.
Perform sanitation activities throughout the facility to maintain cleanliness.
Monitor and document plant growth.
Maintain care of production tools, equipment, and facility.




Such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the company.

Experience
Previous experience is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment is a plus.
Robust work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential traits for success in this position.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: $17.60 per hour
