Harding Property Services is a growing commercial property maintenance company specializing in power washing, parking garage cleaning, sweeping, and exterior property maintenance throughout the GTA.
We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy physical work and take pride in doing a job well. Experience is an asset, but we're willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
Operate commercial pressure washing equipment
Sweep parking garages and exterior properties
Load and unload equipment, hoses, tools, and supplies
Set up and tear down job sites
Keep trucks and equipment clean and organized
Assist with routine equipment maintenance
Follow company safety procedures
Work efficiently as part of a team
Requirements
Reliable and punctual
Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors and in parking garages
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work overnight shifts
Valid G Driver's Licence is an asset
Previous experience in labour, construction, landscaping, or commercial cleaning is an asset but not required
