Join our energetic team as a General Labourer and become an essential part of our construction and maintenance projects! In this energetic role, you will perform a variety of manual tasks to support the smooth operation of our worksites. Your proactive approach and solid work ethic will help ensure safety, efficiency, and quality in every project.

Responsibilities
Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, organizing materials, and setting up work zones
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, supplies, and assisting with tasks as directed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite to promote safety and productivity
Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
Operate basic machinery or equipment under supervision, such as forklifts or power tools (if certified)
Help with demolition, excavation,



or landscaping tasks as needed to support project timelines

Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
Have own PPE such as steel toed CSA approved boots.
Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to learn safety standards on-site
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude and team spirit
Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Certification in first aid or safety training is an advantage but not required
