We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Home Deliveries Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kelowna. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, helping coordinate home deliveries while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer phone calls and emails professionally and courteously.
Schedule and confirm home delivery appointments.
Update customer information and delivery details in company systems.
Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other departments to ensure smooth deliveries.
Resolve customer inquiries and delivery-related issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Perform general administrative and customer service duties as required.
Qualifications
Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
Experience in logistics, transportation, or delivery scheduling is an asset but not required.
