Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using multi-line phone systems
Answer guest inquiries via phone or in person with explicit, courteous communication using excellent phone etiquette
Assist guests with their needs, including providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently to ensure a high level of customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area and common spaces




Support team members with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and documentation as needed

Skills
Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and skilled demeanor
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling guest inquiries and reservations
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Ability to operate multi-line phone systems confidently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of guest services procedures and hospitality standards to enhance guest experiences
Adaptability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a lively hotel setting
