Duties
Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
Conduct body waxing treatments safely and hygienically to meet client preferences
Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized beauty solutions
Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards across all treatment areas to ensure safety and hygiene
Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities




Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions for lasting results
Support retail sales efforts by recommending suitable products that meet individual client needs

Skills
Proficiency in nail care techniques including shaping, polishing, gel application, and nail art design
Experience with body waxing procedures across various areas of the body
Solid communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their beauty goals
Knowledge of sanitation protocols to uphold health standards in all treatments
Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a friendly approach
Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Retail sales experience to effectively promote products that complement services offered
