Reporting to the MCC Operations Lead, you'll process service requests and oversee resource dispatches. Key Responsibilities:
• Process and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls
• Dispatch resources following established procedures
• Maintain a clean and efficient work setting




• Timely and accurate completion of reports
• Collaborate with team members to support patient needs

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 education
• Current First Aid/CPR certification is mandatory
• Preference for candidates with shift work experience
• Ability to complete specialized training provided by EMC
• Experience as a dispatcher in medical communications is preferred
