This temporary role requires a bachelor's degree and at least one year of management experience. As a Manager, oversee the Behaviour Support Program while collaborating with a skilled team. Your leadership will guide staff in delivering essential life skills training and adhere to best practices in Applied Behaviour Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, evaluate, and improve service delivery quality
• Provide orientation and training for staff
• Ensure client needs are being met effectively
• Maintain positive relationships with community partners
• Manage financial budgets and monitor performance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences mandatory
• Minimum 1 year management experience
• Competent in communication skills
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License required
• Willingness to learn about Applied Behaviour Analysis
