Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Industrial Millwright to join our team in Cambridge. This position plays a key role in maintaining and improving our operations by ensuring equipment reliability and safety.




Health & Safety Please note – our work workplace is safety sensitive and will require the successful applicant to undergo a pre‑employment medical and drug evaluation.
Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment
Install and maintain mechanical and hydraulic systems
Operate basic machine tools (lathe, drill press, etc.)
Use welding equipment, hand tools and power tools
Complete required preventative maintenance and documentation
Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Regulations
Requirements & Qualifications Valid Industrial Millwright 433A C of Q
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Compensation & Benefits Hourly compensation is based on the current collective agreement. We offer a competitive benefits package, uniforms, safety boots and PPE.
Shift Details This position will be on a three‑shift rotation of 10‑hour shifts. Any weekend work is overtime.
Shift premiums apply.
