As part of our team, you'll assist health care providers in delivering exceptional personal care to elderly residents. The Resident Assistant role is ideal for those passionate about working with seniors and committed to enhancing their quality of life. This position requires dedication to health and safety in a full-time setting that includes evening and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support nursing care under the direction of RNs and RPNs
• Communicate and connect with residents compassionately
• Engage as an effective team member in healthcare
• Aid residents with their daily personal care needs
• Adhere to established health and safety guidelines

Requirements:
• Completion of a Personal Support Worker certificate
• Registered and in good standing with HSCPOA
• Preferred experience in long-term care
• Skills in Point of Care systems are advantageous
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
