Position Overview
Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, clients, and families, ensuring the program meets accreditation standards.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide one‑on‑one mentorship sessions; 45 minutes per student weekly.
Record and track mentorship sessions in reporting systems.
Create and teach GSNL & PSNL curriculum and learning plans; be certified to teach all materials.
Track class progression on reporting systems.
Schedule or adapt class time to maintain academic success of each student.
Develop and maintain relationships with student families; communicate progress or incidents weekly.
Record all family communications in reporting systems.
Invite families to ATC events (banquets, golf tournament, Freedom Service, family days).
Organize student requests, phone calls, visits; track on reporting system.
Ensure program events, rules, and procedures are followed.
Lead students during daily activities and events such as Church Services, outreach booths, and presentations.
Assist with Freedom Services planning and execution, including setting up, supervising, and sharing sermons.
Secondary Responsibilities
Maintain student bank for assigned students.
Coordinate work schedules with student details.
Oversee medical care, intake, and government assistance programs.
Assist campus manager with budgetary goals and fundraising events.
Adapt to flexible scheduling; evenings and weekends may be required.
Communicate decisions and suggested changes to campus manager.
Provide leadership to students, families, volunteers, and staff.
Qualifications
Possess or be willing to obtain Ministry/Pastoral/Counseling credentials.
Strong organizational skills and effective written and verbal communication.
Ability to minister and counsel students and families.
Willingness to learn and be teachable.
Serve as an example to staff in daily living.
Maintain excellent working relationships with all staff and departments.
Working knowledge of computer systems and web-based programs.
Strong understanding of the ATC ministry’s DNA.
Ability to mentor and give advice to staff and leaders.
Understanding of human nature and physical/spiritual battles.
Ability to defuse tense situations.
Willing to take current training and live as a lifelong learner.
