Responsibilities
Present and sell dealership products and services to existing and prospective clients, delivering a premium automotive sales experience.
Follow up on new leads and referrals generated through field activity, marketing initiatives, and customer inquiries.
Prepare professional sales presentations, proposals, and pricing summaries tailored to client needs.
Provide clients with test drives and comprehensive vehicle walk‑throughs, demonstrating features, technology, and vehicle benefits.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of manufacturer programs, incentives, and promotions currently being offered.
Participate in marketing and promotional events including vehicle launches, trade shows, NAC events, and networking opportunities to generate leads and enhance brand presence.
Vehicle Delivery & Quality Assurance
Inspect vehicles prior to delivery to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and readiness for customer handover.
Provide a thorough and professional vehicle delivery, ensuring clients understand ownership features, warranties, and next steps.
Deal Structuring & Internal Collaboration
Review and understand all deal components, including cash, finance, and lease agreements.
Client Follow‑Up & Relationship Management
Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the sales process, from initial contact through delivery and post‑delivery follow‑up.
Training, Compliance & Performance Standards
Complete all mandatory training requirements as established by the manufacturer and Mark Motors Group.
Maintain required Customer Satisfaction Index (SSI) levels as defined by the manufacturer and dealership standards.
Qualifications
Post‑secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is considered an asset.
1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
Demonstrated ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, as business needs require.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record/driver's abstract.
