South Trail Chrysler is looking to hire a Lube Technician!
The Lube Technician performs work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
Job Duties Lubricate all moving vehicle parts with specified lubricants
Operate hand or compressed air powered grease gun to inject grease into units (springs, universal joints, and steering knuckles)
Inspect fluid levels of steering gear, power steering reservoir, transmission, differential, shackles and rear axle housings
Drain oil from crankcase and replenish with required amount
Replace air and oil filters
Check and adjust pressure of tires
Rotate, repair, and replace tires, when necessary
Follow company and manufacturer policies, directives and procedures
Comply with required health and safety regulations




Perform any other duties as required
Qualifications Solid understanding of automotive industry
Basic mechanical skills
Ability to lift tires and other heavy equipment
Valuable visual acuity to assess work performance
