• Develop and run recreation and leisure programs daily
• Create inviting environments that promote engagement
• Communicate with families and community groups effectively




• Record and report changes in resident engagement
• Support departments in meaningful resident interactions

Requirements:
• Background working with seniors, especially in long-term care
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in recreation or related field
• Active enrollment in a relevant program with a completion timeline
• Skills in activity planning and implementation
• Understanding of wellness and therapeutic approaches
