Support the Crewydden Seniors Community as a Maintenance Worker and make a positive impact on seniors' lives. Focus on ensuring the building remains secure, pleasant, and well-maintained.

You will collaborate with the Site Leader and Maintenance Supervisor in this full-time role. Your tasks include executing regular maintenance checks, managing upkeep, and facilitating repairs. A sincere commitment to caring for a senior population is critical, along with the ability to work respectfully in a team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute maintenance orders and preventative checks
• Maintain the building's safety and proper functioning
• Oversee grounds maintenance and snow removal tasks
• Document maintenance activities and ensure compliance
• Contribute to fire safety programs and procedures

Requirements:
• Must possess a High School diploma
• Minimum of 2 years related experience preferred
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Physical ability to perform the job functions
• WHMIS and other safety certifications beneficial
