Contribute to the success of our woodshop as a Production Assistant. Engage in the finishing process for wooden products while ensuring safety and quality standards throughout the workshop.

In this position, you will work under the Production Manager to assist with various tasks related to furniture fabrication. Your responsibilities will include maintaining equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and enhancing the overall workshop experience for guests and participants in scheduled events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Consistently use PPE and maintain safety protocols
• Help sand and finish wooden products according to specifications
• Prepare items for finishing and packaging
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Assist in material selection and defect management

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years in a production or workshop setting preferred
• Familiarity with workshop practices and safety standards
• Ability to meet production schedules and policies
• Positive, engaging attitude towards visitors and coworkers
