CBI Home Health is hiring Personal Support Workers to serve communities such as Georgina and Newmarket. Deliver exceptional home care that allows clients to thrive safely and independently.

In this vital role, you'll assist clients with mobility and light exercise, ensuring they remain at the heart of the care provided. Documenting any health changes and collaborating with family members are crucial elements of your responsibilities. You'll also engage in light housekeeping tasks, ensuring a secure and clean environment for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients to maintain independence in their homes
• Facilitate mobilization and light exercise sessions
• Observe, document, and communicate health changes




• Carry out light housekeeping as per individual client plans
• Strengthen relationships with clients and their families

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance needed
• PSW Certification or equivalent qualification
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is necessary
• Recent Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Commitment to weekend work is required
