About The Role
We are seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our team at our Brantford, ON bakery . As a Warehouse Operator, you will be accountable for safely and efficiently moving materials throughout the facility, ensuring timely shipping, receiving, and production support to maintain operational flow.

Shift & Schedule

Shift: Morning (Monday–Friday) subject to change to rotation between Morning/Afternoon, if needed.

Weekend availability: As required.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $30.08

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

Operate forklift equipment to safely transport materials throughout the facility

Support production by supplying materials to picking lines and work areas

Manage shipping and receiving activities, including accurate inventory handling

Maintain compliance with GMP, safety, hygiene, and quality standards

Complete inventory transactions and documentation within warehouse management systems (including SAP as needed)





Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve material flow issues and ensure efficiency

Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring To The Table)

High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Valid forklift operator license (Counterbalance, Walkie, Raymond Reach) from a recognized provider

Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

Proven ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)

Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and within a team

Experience working in a fast‑paced environment

Successful completion of a criminal background check (or pardon).

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients For Success)

Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues

Experience using warehouse management systems or SAP

Previous experience in food manufacturing or similar regulated environments

Strong organizational and time management skills

Demonstrated attention to detail in inventory handling and documentation
