Under the leadership of the Health & Wellness Manager, you will implement care strategies while respecting each resident's preferred lifestyle. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving residents’ well-being and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement individualized care plans for residents
• Foster residents' independence in daily activities
• Observe and report on health changes accurately




• Maintain organized and protected living environments
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Completion of a Health Care Aide or PSW program
• Certification in First Aid and CPR required
• Experience in senior care is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with reliability
