Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our energetic kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items with precision and care, ensuring high-quality meals are delivered efficiently. Your enthusiasm for food preparation and commitment to food safety will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Ensure all food is handled safely and maintained at proper temperatures during preparation and service
Assist in plating dishes attractively and efficiently for timely service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety guidelines
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
Follow all sanitation procedures, including proper storage of ingredients and disposal of waste




Support the overall food service process by assisting with meal preparation as needed

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant setting
Strong understanding of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards
Excellent skills in meal preparation and cooking techniques across various cuisines
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced environment
Knowledge of serving procedures and customer service principles in the food industry
Kitchen experience that demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail
