In this pivotal role, you will serve as the operational backbone of our organization, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Your expertise as an integrator will drive alignment across the enterprise, keep our focus on our core values when hiring, rewarding and firing, and ensure that rocks are completed on time. Duties
Collaborate with leadership to translate vision into actionable plans, aligning team efforts with organizational goals.
Document and simplify processes throughout our operation
Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure alignment on project goals, technical specifications, and operational targets while ensuring that all invlolved are staying in their respective lanes.

Qualifications
You must be a team builder, coach,



and mentor with a cooperative approach to getting things done.
Proven experience in an EOS company with top line revenue of at least $5MM.
Excellent problem solving skills with a proactive approach to solving technical challenges in a construction or manufacturing setting.
Documented track record of profitable growth with clear evidence that you personally contributed to sustained success.
