Help transform adult mental health care as a Masters-Level Psychologist at Nova Scotia Health in Digby. This full time position emphasizes evidence-based treatment and collaboration. As part of the Adult Outpatient Mental Health & Addictions team, you will provide essential psychological assessments and treatments for challenging mental health issues and substance use disorders.
Candidates must have completed a Master's in Psychology and possess two years of clinical experience. A focus on ethical practice and patient-centered care forms the core of this role. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evidence-based psychological evaluations for clients
Deliver tailored treatment plans based on clinical pathways
Actively participate in consultation groups for shared learning
Ensure culturally sensitive care for diverse patient backgrounds
Commit to continuous improvement in service delivery Requirements:
Master's in Psychology required
Registered or eligible for registration with NSBEP
Minimum two years of related clinical experience
Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health
