Responsibilities
Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or aromatherapy massages to meet client needs
Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their health concerns and customize treatments accordingly
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards
Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment plans, expectations, and post-session care instructions
Keep detailed records of client treatments, preferences, and progress for future reference




Stay informed about recent massage techniques and industry best practices through ongoing education and training
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with knowledge of various massage modalities
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to health conditions treated through massage therapy
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
Effective communication skills to clearly explain procedures and listen attentively to client needs
Valid licensing or certification as required by local regulations for practicing massage therapy
Ability to maintain professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail in a rapid-paced environment
