Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver professional massage services designed to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and enhance overall wellness. Your expertise will help clients experience rejuvenation while ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities
Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage
Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized massage plans
Maintain a clean, protected, and relaxing environment for all clients
Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures and expected outcomes
Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress in compliance with health regulations




Follow all safety protocols and hygiene standards to ensure client safety and comfort
Stay informed about current massage techniques, industry trends, and best practices to continually enhance skills

Skills
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to health and wellness
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Effective communication skills to clearly explain procedures and address client concerns
Ability to listen actively and tailor treatments accordingly
Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
Prior experience in a spa or wellness setting is preferred but not required
