About the Role

Quality Classrooms is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role has a solid emphasis on owning email marketing from end to end, from campaign planning and audience segmentation to deployment, reporting, and optimization.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, including planning, segmentation, content creation, design, testing, deployment, and reporting.
Build and manage promotional, automated, nurture, and product-focused email campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement.
Create content and marketing assets for email, social media, and promotional campaigns.
Write compelling marketing copy, subject lines, and calls-to-action.
Design graphics and edit images and videos to support marketing initiatives.
Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing.




Proven experience independently managing email marketing campaigns from strategy through reporting.
Experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar email platforms.
Robust copywriting, content creation, and visual design skills.
Experience analyzing marketing performance data and generating insights.
