Job Summary The Part-Time Grounds Maintenance Worker is responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of the property’s outdoor grounds and building exterior. This position is primarily focused on seasonal landscaping, lawn care, and winter snow removal, with additional responsibilities for light building maintenance, cleaning, and coordination with service vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain lawns, landscaping, gardens, and outdoor common areas.
Perform mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and seasonal grounds maintenance.
Remove snow and ice from walkways, entrances, parking areas, and other designated locations.
Apply ice-melt and monitor site safety during winter weather conditions.
Complete minor building maintenance and repair tasks.
Perform light cleaning of exterior and common areas as required.
Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance concerns.




Coordinate and liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Maintain equipment and tools in secure working condition.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and property standards.

Qualifications:
Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, property maintenance, or a related field preferred.
Ability to operate lawn care and snow removal equipment safely.
Basic knowledge of building maintenance and minor repairs.
Robust organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Valid driver's license preferred.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
