Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety across our industrial work sites. Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of industrial equipment, work areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning tools and chemicals
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including break rooms, restrooms, and storage spaces
Follow established safety procedures during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
Assist with waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with environmental standards
Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing additional cleaning or maintenance
Use commercial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and vacuum systems effectively
Support team efforts by adhering to schedules and completing assigned cleaning tasks promptly
Qualifications
Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience in an industrial environment is preferred
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the safe handling of cleaning chemicals
Ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards
Valuable physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
