Luxe Beauty & Wellness Co. is looking for a passionate, motivated, and professional Licensed Hairstylist to join our growing team in one of Greater Moncton's most up-to-date salons.

Duties
Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles tailored to each client’s preferences.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and products to ensure a secure environment for clients and staff.
Engage with clients through active communication to understand their needs, offer expert advice, and recommend suitable services or retail products.
Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance client results and increase sales opportunities.
Stay current with industry trends and techniques by participating in ongoing education and training sessions.
Foster a friendly, professional atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth referrals.

Skills




Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect warmly with diverse clients.
Strong hair styling expertise across various techniques including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
Knowledge of sanitation procedures to uphold health standards and ensure client safety.
Proven ability to upsell retail products effectively without being pushy.
Exceptional communication skills for listening to client needs and explaining styling options clearly.
Experience in retail sales within a salon setting is preferred.
Organizational skills to manage appointments efficiently while maintaining a clean and welcoming front desk area.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
