Full ConnectED is a language and enrichment program dedicated to helping children connect, communicate, and grow into globally minded learners.

Our Mandarin program is guided by a thoughtful, Montessori-inspired approach, where learning is rooted in hands-on exploration, meaningful interaction, and a calm, respectful environment.

We are seeking a Mandarin Teaching Assistant to work alongside our Lead Teacher in delivering a high-quality after school experience for children ages 3–12. This role is best suited for someone who is attentive, reliable, and takes pride in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities
Support the Lead Mandarin Teacher in delivering well-prepared, engaging lessons
Assist in setting up and facilitating learning materials and activities
Help maintain a calm, structured,



and respectful classroom environment
Engage with children in a thoughtful and responsive manner
Step in to lead the program when the Lead Teacher is unavailable
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality across the program

Qualifications
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
Robust ability to read and write Traditional Chinese
Experience working with children (teaching, tutoring, childcare, or similar)
Clear, professional communication skills
Reliable, organized, and able to take initiative

Asset:
Childcare or early childhood education experience
Familiarity with Montessori or child-centered learning approaches
