Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Residential HVAC Sales Consultant to join our team. This role involves meeting with homeowners, assessing their comfort needs, and recommending the best HVAC solutions. The ideal candidate is a solid communicator, confident closer, and thrives in a commission-based environment.

Key Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners to assess heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs
Perform in-home estimates for furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and accessories
Design and present customized HVAC solutions
Prepare and deliver professional proposals and quotes
Close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships
Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain accurate records in CRM system




Stay up to date on HVAC products, pricing, and industry trends

Requirements
2+ years of sales experience (HVAC or in-home sales preferred)
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Basic understanding of HVAC systems (training provided if needed)
Comfortable working on commission and performance-based income

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in residential HVAC sales
Knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
Experience using CRM or sales tracking software
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
