Become an essential Healthcare Team Member as a Certified Care Attendant at UHN's West Park Healthcare Centre. This permanent position requires commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive setting. As a Certified Care Attendant, you will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses in the 1C ABI Rehab unit.

Your role will focus on executing individual care plans and providing both physical and psychosocial support to clients. Effective communication and adherence to safety standards will be paramount in ensuring patient welfare. Key Responsibilities:
Follow individualized care plans for optimal patient support
Report observed changes in patients to nursing staff
Provide assistance with daily living and hygiene tasks
Maintain documentation in accordance with hospital guidelines
Operate and check equipment for safety and functionality Requirements:
Completion of high school or equivalent
Registration with HSCPOA is required
Personal Support Worker Certification necessary
Relevant experience of at least one year preferred
