Duties
Operate and monitor various mixing machinery to ensure proper blending of ingredients according to product specifications
Measure and add ingredients accurately using basic math skills to maintain consistency and quality
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work area in compliance with food safety standards
Perform routine inspections of machinery, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and report maintenance needs promptly
Assist with packaging finished products efficiently while adhering to safety and quality protocols




Use forklifts safely to move raw materials or finished goods within the facility when necessary
Follow all food industry regulations and manufacturing procedures to ensure safe production practices

Skills
Knowledge of packaging processes within a food industry or manufacturing environment
Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently (certification preferred)
Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly
Strong understanding of sanitation procedures specific to food processing facilities
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and adjusting recipes as needed
Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in manufacturing environments
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting while maintaining attention to detail
