As an Experienced Cook, you will:
Support daily kitchen operations and develop leadership skills. Work closely with kitchen leaders to ensure smooth execution, while receiving coaching and mentorship to prepare for future management opportunities.
Maintain high culinary standards. Ensure consistent food quality and presentation, while learning the fundamentals of food ordering, cost control, and team oversight.
Be a reliable problem solver and team contributor. Use your communication and multitasking skills to support the team and begin stepping into responsibilities beyond the line.
Demonstrate a guest-first mindset. Show your dedication to the guest experience through precision in execution, attention to detail, and pride in your craft.
Contribute to a positive team culture. Help foster a cooperative, supportive kitchen environment and build the foundation for your future as a leader.

What we need from you:
2 years of culinary experience
Some prior experience in a supervisory or leadership-support role is an asset




A genuine interest in developing into a leadership position
A passion for cooking and a commitment to working in a team-focused setting
Openness to feedback, coaching, and current challenges
Certification(s) for protected food handling (e.g., Food Secure Level 1) is a bonus
The ability to legally work in Canada
