We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day bookkeeping operations, and ensuring the integrity of our financial data. Duties
Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or YARDI
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
Support bank and account reconciliations to ensure consistency between records and bank statements
Help prepare financial reports, including account analysis and budgeting support
Maintain organized documentation of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
Support payroll processing by verifying hours worked and ensuring correct deductions are applied




Collaborate with senior team members on month-end closing activities and account audits

Qualifications
Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
Experience working with accounting software such as YARDI is highly REQUIRED
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Valuable communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning
Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes is a plus
Prior experience or coursework in accounting or finance is advantageous but not required
