Requirements:
Answer phone and route calls accordingly
Warmly greet guests and direct them appropriately
Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties
Deliver faxes and mail




Provide other administrative support as required

Qualifications:
Positive attitude as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven proficiency with various software programs, including MS Office
Demonstrated ability to multitask and excellent organizational skills
The ability to work independently and ensure quality and quantity of work meets expectations
