We are a small, independently owned café looking for experienced and reliable team members who can grow with our business.

We are currently hiring for two positions:
BARISTA

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of specialty coffee or café barista experience (required)
Comfortable dialing in espresso, steaming milk, and creating basic latte art
Able to consistently maintain drink quality during service
Able to multitask between beverage preparation, sandwich/food preparation, customer service, and cleaning
Solid work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
Must be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Must be capable of working independently and managing a solo shift after training

Please do not apply if you have no barista experience or are not comfortable working independently.

Kitchen Staff

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of professional kitchen experience (required)
Hands-on experience with baking and food preparation in a qualified bakery, café,



or commercial kitchen
Able to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistent quality
Able to work efficiently, stay organized, and manage baking/prep tasks independently
Strong understanding of cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen organization
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
Must be capable of working independently after training

Please do not apply if you have less than 1 year of professional bakery experience.

$18.25–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)
