About You
You are seeking an in-office administrative position supporting a team of accountants. Your peers and supervisors have described you as a team player, self-driven and focused. You are a quick learner, hard-working, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are competent and eager to take on challenges related to new technology. You are excited to share your experience relating to document management in a paperless environment.

You have impressive communication skills, including excellent oral and written English. You take pride in what you do. You value and strive to produce high-quality, professional business documents.

Administration of client files

Document management librarianship

Quality control of documents

Prepare client-ready packages

Reception support

Memo and letter writing

Client contacts

Project coordination
