Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee student-specific learning programs and strategies
• Engage parents in discussions about student progress
• Maintain the educational philosophy across the center
• Create a dynamic and enjoyable learning space
• Provide coaching and support to teaching staff

Requirements:
• University degree, especially in education-related fields
• Solid math skills are an asset
• Background working with larger student bodies
• Strong computer skills including MS Office
• Customer service experience, particularly in sales preferred
