Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will focus on constructing and maintaining high-quality Switchgear units. Your role is pivotal in supporting Powell's commitment to innovative electrical solutions, ensuring both quality and compliance in a cooperative setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble mechanical components for Switchgear units
• Follow detailed drawings to guide assembly processes
• Address and repair identified issues with units
• Promote and participate in safety culture initiatives
• Ensure proper organization in your workspace

Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• 0-3 years' experience in manufacturing preferred
• Familiarity with tools and measuring devices
• Strong ability to work within a team environment
• Safety training and certifications are assets
