Step into the role of a Site Coordinator with Pitt Meadows Plumbing and Mechanical Systems, where administrative excellence meets construction management. This full-time, site-based position is integral to our project success.

For over 40 years, PMP has specialized in large-scale plumbing and mechanical projects. As a Site Coordinator, your role will focus on organizing schedules, managing supplier communications, and conducting inspections, all while upholding safety protocols. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and possess robust interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule deliveries and manage shipping logistics
• Maintain document logs and track action items
• Monitor implementation of safety policies on site




• Assist with the preparation of Operations and Maintenance manuals
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
• Proven site coordination experience in the construction field
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam a plus
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Authorized to work full-time in Canada
