As a Child and Youth Worker, you’ll be pivotal in the Intensive Services Program and Live-In Treatment Program. Key tasks include implementing clinical programs, monitoring youth activities, and maintaining safety checks. Candidates must be prepared for a flexible schedule involving potential evening and overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist children and youth in life skills development
• Oversee the delivery of clinical programs and client activities
• Maintain thorough records, logs, and inventories




• Perform necessary safety and security evaluations
• Provide direct interventions to clients as required

Requirements:
• Accredited diploma or degree in related fields like Social Services
• Experience with children and youth considered beneficial
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Open to flexible schedule and necessary travel
• Hold a minimum G2 driver's license with vehicle access
