Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure outstanding service and relationship management with partners
• Coordinate logistics including accommodations and travel arrangements
• Assist in creating and maintaining event floorplans and layouts




• Support registration and exhibitor services throughout shows
• Facilitate troubleshooting of on-site operational challenges

Requirements:
• Minimum three years of event operations experience
• Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken
• Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and event management tools
• Prepared for extensive travel and flexible hours during events
