Compass at Forestview's Resident Care team provides direct care to our senior residents in a safe, home‑like environment.

Available shifts
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Full Time with every other weekend, Part Time every other weekend (only)

10:00 PM – 6:00 AM: Full Time with every other weekend, Part Time with every other weekend

Pay & Benefits
Rates start at $21–$22 per hour based on experience; shift differentials available.

Responsibilities

Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care.

Lead or join activities with residents.





Track care and other tasks using our electronic health record system.

Assist housekeeping with light housekeeping services.

Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services as needed.

Work across departments to foster cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.

Requirements

Certification : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), licensed nursing assistant (LNA) preferred.

Physical ability to stand, sit, bend, and transfer residents, with or without assistance.

Communication : ability to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.

Punctuality and reliability.
