Insurance Coordinator (full time)

Responsibilities

You’d be coordinating with insurance providers to secure and renew funding approvals for clients.

You’ll keep a close eye on expiry dates and stay ahead by initiating renewals proactively.

A big part of the role is documenting everything accurately—communications and clinical notes—in the EMR system.

You’ll be the go‑to person for client questions, responding to calls and emails in a timely, professional way.

You’ll work closely with internal teams to gather the information needed to keep things moving smoothly.

You’ll also connect with physician offices to collect any required documentation to support client care.

Qualifications

Experience in healthcare administration or insurance coordination.

Highly organized and a solid communicator, comfortable working with different stakeholders.

Confident using EMR systems and Microsoft Office in day‑to‑day work.

Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work independently without things slipping through the cracks.

Ideally, some post‑secondary education in Health Administration or a related field.





Certifications such as Medical Office Administration or Health Information Management are a nice bonus.

Compensation
This is an existing position with an annual salary range of $50,000 - $55,000.
