Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with families to develop care plans
• Implement nursing care according to care plans
• Review treatment plans and modify as necessary
• Promote patient rights and advocate for their needs
• Share insights and expertise with your nursing colleagues

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse in good standing with Ontario College
• One year of recent community nursing experience
• Robust interpersonal and time management skills
• CPR (BCLS) certification required; ACLS/NRP for specialties encouraged
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
