Who we're looking for:
Beyond Thermal is looking for a Fireproofing Labourer to join our team. In this role, you will be prepping, handling, and installing fireproofing and firestopping materials in a physically active job site environment.

What You’ll Do

Assist crews in applying mud and fiber materials for fireproofing

Assist with moving scaffolding and other equipment





Prep spaces to be sprayed ahead of installer and clean up behind the installer

Daily paperwork

What You Bring

1+ years of experience installing fireproofing materials and understanding application systems.

Ability to safely operate power tools and work in a hands‑on environment.

Valid driver’s license and experience driving trucks with trailers.

Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

What we're offering:
Compensation range of $30/hr to $45/hr, for hours worked, and will be based on industry experience. We offer a number of extra perks as listed below, but may be subject to a probationary waiting period.

$18-$25 per hour, depending on experience and skillset.
