Join us as a Climbing Activities Coordinator for Camps, guiding kids through thrilling climbing experiences this summer. This on-site, full-time role is ideal for a proactive, safety-oriented individual dedicated to youth engagement.

You will be responsible for planning and leading climbing sessions while ensuring a safe, age-appropriate setting. Your role includes maintaining climbing gear, coordinating with the Program Director on inventory, and welcoming campers during their arrival and departure. Create memorable experiences and help campers build climbing confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and plan engaging climbing activities
• Ensure all climbing equipment is safe and functional
• Coordinate inventory management of gear
• Assist in camp program and special events
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere for campers

Requirements:
• High school graduate preferred
• Prior experience with children is advantageous
• Background in camps is beneficial but not required
• Strong initiative and interpersonal skills
