Line Cook (Seasonal – Spring/Summer 2026) – At Pursuit, we offer more than just a place to visit; we create opportunities for guests to connect with iconic destinations through experiences, restaurants, retail, and transportation. This seasonal role is full‑time and supports our hospitality operations.
Responsibilities
Daily maintenance, organization, and cleanliness of all kitchen areas, food preparation equipment, and storage facilities.
Washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables.
Cleaning and cutting meats, fish, and poultry.
Preparing, seasoning, and cooking foods such as soups, salads, meat, fish, gravies, vegetables, desserts, sauces, and casseroles.
Preparing meals in a manner consistent with recipes and health codes.
Carving meats, preparing portions, plating, and adding gravies, sauces, and garnish.
Stocking and maintaining product levels under the direction of the Sous Chef and Head Chef.
Completing ancillary food‑prep work, dishwashing, and garbage/recycling sorting duties as required.
Communicating with co‑workers and management, forwarding observations and comments in a timely fashion.
Upholding the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees.




Ensuring a safe, hazard‑free work environment.
Maintaining regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong customer service skills.
Some previous cooking experience.
Excellent organizational skills.
Food Secure certification is an asset.
