We are partnering with a leading global industrial manufacturer to appoint a Senior Plant Manager to lead a critical and growing operation in the Greater Vancouver area.This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of a multi-site manufacturing operation (~400 employees), supporting a rapidly scaling business unit delivering engineered, project-based products into the power generation and industrial sectors.The mandate is transparent: stabilize, scale, and professionalize operations—bringing structure, accountability, and operational excellence to a business transitioning to the next phase of growth.The RoleReporting into senior leadership, you will take full responsibility for site performance across operations, engineering, EHS, quality, and finance, with a strong focus on:Leading and developing a cross-functional leadership team across two manufacturing sitesDriving operational excellence through Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologiesScaling production capability in a high-mix, engineer-to-order (ETO) environmentImplementing structure, KPIs, and performance discipline across the operationOwning site-level financial performance,



including cost management and CapEx planningLeading cultural transformation—building accountability, engagement, and leadership capabilityPartnering with senior stakeholders to deliver on growth and strategic objectivesThe CandidateWe are seeking an experienced and commercially minded operations leader who has successfully led and scaled complex manufacturing operations.Key requirements:Proven experience as a Plant Manager, Site Leader, or senior operations leader with full P&L responsibilityBackground in engineered-to-order (ETO), project-based, or high-mix manufacturing environmentsExperience leading operations within industrial, electrical, power systems, aerospace, or custom manufacturing sectorsDemonstrated success in scaling operations, implementing structure, and driving cultural changeStrong understanding of Lean / Continuous Improvement and operational best practicesTrack record of leading multi-functional teams across operations, engineering, quality, and supply chainStrong financial and commercial acumen, including experience managing large site budgets #J-18808-Ljbffr
