Position Overview Finning Canada is seeking a Global Digital Workplace Management Engineer to support and advance our digital workplace capabilities across the organization. We’re seeking a senior engineer who can architect, implement, and operate a secure, performant, and cost-optimized Citrix/VDI service that supports a global, hybrid workforce and mission‑critical applications.Working closely with the Service Owner, the Global Digital Workplace Management Engineer will play a key role in enhancing existing services, designing and delivering current digital workplace use‑case services, and partnering with the business on related initiatives and projects. This range reflects our commitment to providing competitive compensation that aligns with industry standards and your qualifications.Major Job ResponsibilitiesSupport and operate a broad range of Digital Workplace Management (DWM) services, including Microsoft 365, endpoint management, VDI/Citrix and enterprise file and print platforms.Provide day‑to‑day operational support across Microsoft Intune (Windows, iOS, Android), including device configuration, application deployment, compliance policies, and troubleshooting.Support Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams from a platform and service‑operations perspective, including mail flow issues, collaboration configuration, retention, and lifecycle management.Support enterprise file, print, and managed file
